I've had a few issues with the line dropping for no discernible reason over the last few months, which has resulted in my download speed dropping by around 40%, from somewhere around 14000k to about 9500k now. Yesterday I received an email about my requesting interleaving to be switched off (I didn't request this - and according to this thread it isn't even switched on - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,109631.0.html) and after looking at my router stats page I noticed that my upload speed has dropped to less than half, and the SN has jumped up massively.

I've just received another email telling me that interleaving has been switched off at my request - which I haven't requested!
And my switch to an non-contract unlimited package hasn't happened, which I did request!
Any customer service rep know how much it will cost me to end my contract early?

Hi there,
Just checked your account and it looks like the change to unlimited has gone ahead? Please let us know if there are any issues. Also sorry about the interleaving message, this is happening for some reason as part of the account change process even though nothing's changing - we're looking into it.
Hope that helps, please let us know if there's anything we can do to help at all.
