Hi Necrotix,
I've had a look at your line and you're not banded and your upload speed is uncapped. If you're still seeing issues then I'd suggest raising a fault here: http://faults.plus.net

Thanks for taking a look for me. That's really appreciated.
I'll just chill out for now and keep an eye on it. It will probably sort itself out hopefully. If not, i'll consider raising a fault.
Thing is, I'm just waiting for BT to enable my street cabinet. They've done the exchange recently and cabinet #1 in my town, but i'm on #4. Grr. Come on BT! I want plusnet fibre!

@DCT,
There has been no comment from the DCT to the OP of this thread. The only DCT comment here was in respect of a piggy-back on the thread.
I know how busy you guys and gals are; is there the possibility that on some occasions only the tail of the thread is being read before replying?
I raised some questions based on Xch5733's stats here - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,126312.msg1097269.html#msg1097269 - after which they opened a fault report.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
