Been brill all day my Internet 17mb. Now look what happened Sad

Have you tried the usual ? Router straight into the test socket, power off for a couple of minutes then power back on ?
Do you have a normal dialtone without noise on the line etc etc ?

Sad sounds like something is a bit borked at Plusnets end.
Do you know what exchange you're on ?

I can't see anything on the recent outages page but worth double checking. It could be that nobody has reported the issues as yet.

Spoke toooo soon...
Am still connected but the speed is like a snail this upgrade to 21CN turn out to be a pain and worse off Sad
Plus net sort it otherwise I am going elsewhere

As I've mentioned previously,  your line is in the 10 day training period. We will need to wait for this to complete before looking at a problem with the speeds you're experiencing I'm afraid.

But I had good speed then it dropped again so this part of the training process
