What is Activation?

After some difficulties we’ve been told that our internet is being “activated” today but we have not been told what this actually means. Do we need to stay in? What time will we likely have internet?

Broadband activation are done remotely so no one will need to visit. These should go through at any time of the given day up until 23.59.

It means that it will start working at any time up to midnight and no you don’t need to stop in, no one needs to visit your property.
