I'm switching from Greenbee to Plusnet and found this in "My Questions":
We would like to inform you that your Help Assistant Question [ 30149368 ] has now been returned to the BOT - Brand Migrations pool. A member of our Support Team will investigate your issue as soon as possible.
Anyone any idea what it means?

Ok - When we know that something is going to take a certain amount of time, a ticket is placed on hold until that point.
When the ticket comes off hold - you get that message. The BOT - Brand Migrations bit is the name of the ticket pool that it is currently in.
I'll get someone to reply to the ticket.

I'm just glad I don't work in the BOT, might get a bit uncomfortable after a while

Quote from: Jameseh I'll get someone to reply to the ticket.
Better than that James, have just received a text & email saying I've been switched.
Have disconnected my router & reconnected using my Plusnet username/password & here I am!
Phone changeover will follow soon hopefully.
