Webstats missing

The webstats were not generated last night.
Can someone give the script a kick.

I have raised a ticket pointing out that I am not alone cos Mike in Customer Support on CS has also reported things havent worked.
I said that a Service Status should be put out and one for the current mail authentification problems.
Anybody else should also raise a ticket to prod PN to do something.

I raised a ticket over an hour ago - no reply yet. I think they must be busy

Hi there,
I'll get a problem raised for the Webstats issue and post a Service Status. There already is a Service Status for mail authentication. Mand has also just posted this.

I take it all back - there is a reply saying that they are working on it. I just didn't get a notification email - even though I can now (sporadically) collect my email.
[Edit] Thanks Bob. now that you're around I'm sure that it'll get sorted quickly....

Can you check if these have arrived? I've had a look at a few accounts and the stats now seem to be there.

Yes, they appeared this afternoon, but mine seem to contain a lot of duplicated entries.
