WHS 2011 Remote Web Access and Technicolor Router

Struggling to set this up. The WHS wizard says that upnp is not enabled or supported by the router and that remote web access to my server is blocked (possibly an ISP issue).
Anyone got this combo up and running or can offer and advice.
