Connection at less than 1Mbps and on top of that connection frequently drops. Left like this for days. Nobody to get in touch with, can't get through by phone no on-line chat to raise a ticket! Longstanding customers isolating and in the vulnerable group, left high and dry by Plusnet
I am sorry to hear of the issues you're having. I have tested your line today and though no faults are being detected, there are a high number of errors occurring. I have amended some settings on your line to try improve this, but it may not resolve the issue.
If after the next few hours the issues persists, I would advise completing our troubleshooting steps here and getting your router connected to the test socket as shown here. If you then still experience issues, if you can please log a fault here I can get this progressed for you.
