Voyager 2110 control panel

I am unable to access the Voyager 2110 control panel.  I have tried http://voyager.home and http://192.168.1.1 but the page never loads.
Anyone else having the same problem.

Re: Voyager 2110 control panel

HI omnia,
if you can do an ipconfig and see what the default gateway is that may help.

Re: Voyager 2110 control panel

Hi Jojo
The default gateway is 192.168.1.1
Until the other day, I could always access the Voyager 2110 control panel by typing http://voyager.home into my browser.

Re: Voyager 2110 control panel

Hi omnia,
What actually happens when you type 192.168.1.1 into your address bar?
Have you tried a different browser?
You could factory reset your router but if you still wasn't able to access the router homepage you wouldn't be able to re-insert your username and password.

Re: Voyager 2110 control panel

Hi Jojo
After waiting some time, I get the error message "The connection was reset.  The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."  This is the same in Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Diagnosing connection problems in Internet Explorer couldn't identify the problem.

HI omnia,
possible firewall issue? Can you get someone with a laptop to plug in via ethernet and see if they can get to it?

Re: Voyager 2110 control panel

just fired up a 2110 on my network - the Thompson died
192.168.1.1 definitely works,  also could get all the details I wanted, except the WPA, then found it is on a pink label under the logger
