Visual Radius - Possible to view

Pretty much as the topic says, are we able to view our own visual radius anywhere, or is this staff only access?
Currently have a stability issue, and I'm looking for a way to see the timeline of my disconnects.

Shame, But thanks for the rapid reply Smiley Now just to wait for the support staff to reply to the ticket (Do you know if they work 24 hours, or is support shut at 6pm?)

Theres people working tickets 24/7, but it depends how busy the call centre is...
If theres people on the phone all night, they do less tickets, for example.
Also its worth noting that its just a generic frontline team working nights, rather than the specific teams (like networks, faults, etc..) if i remember rightly.

Hi Wannabeuk,
There were a lot of disconnections yesterday, but seemed to go steady from about 9pm. Did you make any changes, or are you aware of what any of these disconections could have been down to?
