View my broadband usage broken?

Hi there, just wondering if the usage thing is broken, for about a week now it shows 0kb for about the last 3 days then on the 4th day the 1st days usage shows up if it does at all. Its very hard to see your usage when its not working and will we be billed if we go over?
This is a eg. of this week and I have been online playing games every day sat was when I did a big download of game files.

Anyone else having this problem?

Further to yesterday's update. We have had to drop some data so customers may see less data than they expected over the last few days. Usage after 11pm on 19th January is still being processed, usage prior to this may not be complete but no additional usage for this period is now going to be processed and added to accounts
