I have PlusNet fibre. Connection apparently dropped this morning. Reset all networking equipment, connection works again, but drops after about 5 minutes.
When connection drops I noticed I am still able to ping plus.net, and Google on 8.8.8.8 but everything else returns 'destination host unreachable'. VDSL sync never drops out and the line is fine.
Can go to plus.net, but no other web pages.
My account is not in arrears.
Can anyone help?

Spoke to billing and tech support several times today.
They said everything looks fine as far as they can see...

Right poking has been done and this should resolve your issue
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect the connection or reboot the router you should be okay.
