hi guys, i wonder if you could take a look at my connection?
i'm getting really bad latency (over 1000ms to everywhere that i ping including www.plus.net) & download speeds are abysmal.
i have ran through the bt wholesale speed test with bizzare results:
on test 2 i am getting 0.18 Mbps download
& 0.19Mbps upload
on test 3(after logging into BT's network I got: 1.62Mbps (slightly lower than normal, usually get about 1.80 - 1.90 Mbps)
& upload of 0.01 Mbps.
have rebooted router etc. & went through the usual troubleshooting. & think it must be either a line fault, or something to do with plus-net?
i noticed that there is maintenance on the traffic management system, but this is not until tomorrow morning
can you guys have a look at my line please? what information do you need me to provide?

Can you post the stats from your router - noise margin, speeds and attenuation.
Also, if you can, the reported errors and the uptime

You are on a long line but there isn't anything there which would give the problems you are seeing.
I think you should raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net but before doing that are the results from a wired or wireless connection - if wireless can you try wired

Hi Roadrunner1024,
Our faults team will be in-touch once they've finished testing your line.
