Very slow speeds recently

Have been having around about 1-2 Mbps download speeds (should be recently, upload speeds are fine (~0.3Mbps).
This has happened before in the past and it has been because my profile has gone awry and resetting it has worked.

Hmm, can't see anything wrong with the profiles but I can see a couple of orders to move you to ADSL2+ that haven't gone through - hope you don't mind but I've placed another that should complete next week. That should certainly speed things up for you.
