Very slow broadband

I have tried calling but your call centre is not taking calls as 10:00 GMT? and they directed me here, so I assume this is my only choice.

My broadband speed is presently down to 2.41 Mbps and seems to be getting slower.  Can someone please do a SNR re-set or dim please?

Do I have to add more details here or can someone at Plusnet acces my info?  My email address is mchudley@metronet.co.uk - I have been a customer for over 25 years.

Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing. Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
