Username on hostname?

Hi
I requested a friend of mine to acquire a static ip off Plusnet as I will probably use a server from her address.  She now has that static ip and has visited a few of my websites.  I have analytical software on these sites to view traffic.  I have noticed that her Plusnet username is shown on the logs.  I can plainly see her username as the host info is like this
username.plus.com
Isn't this a bit of a concern as all that is now left is her password for someone to break in to her account.
I also have a static ip but my host name displays like this
ip address.plus.com
Iffy or what?

Re: Username on hostname?

Is automatically set up when you take a static IP.
You can easily have it changed by raising a ticket here - https://www.plus.net/wizard/index.html?p=wizard&page=22425&wizard_id=38

Re: Username on hostname?

Ok - ticket has been raised but surely this shouldn't be in the first place?  Shouldn't the change occur automatically?
Oh well.
Thanks
