Usergroup IRC down?

Can't connect to the PN usergroup IRC server, are there any issues with it?

I can't get to it either  - it needs a kick again - Forums and RSS feed are out

Currently looking into this.
We are aware of one problem that is raised, but feel this (whilst related) is something different.

O good (or not!), it's not just me then.
Lost broadband connection 6.30 or so according to router log, for no obvious reason, and got it going again as soon as I realised.
I tried to visit the Exchange Status Checker page to see if there had been a problem (though it probably wouldn't have shown up yet) and it timed out; tried Which Gateway and that was unreachable too.
Then came here!

The whole of usergroup.plus.net seems to have been down all evening. It is more than just the forums, rss & IRC... it seems to be the lot.. still down at 10:30pm here.

I see there is a service status out - but of course we haven't had the emails for obvious reasons!

Yes, I gather the problem is with the box itself and it is still being worked on. Service Status notice attached.

The last news we had at 11AM was that the problem was still being worked on. Sorry, we don't have a fix ETA.

Thanks spraxyt - though repairing the file system? What on Earth happened to it (the server, I mean)?
