I'm 9 days into latest month (Dec) and the usage report is showing nothing. However, my PC Networx usage report shows over 1 GB usage so far current reporting period. Is there a problem at PlusNet end?

I'm experiencing the same issue for you, so I've refreshed things on your account now.
Could you switch your router off for 10 minutes then back on, letting us know if you can view your usage after that?
