Just so i understand this 100% please can someone confirm why last month my usage stats are showing
Billing Period Paid-for usage Free usage Total usage
09 Oct - 09 Nov 17.46GB 17.91GB 35.37GB
Yet i received an e-mail stating i had gone over my limit at 4am on the 9th but the night before after 6pm my speeds were reduced. as i understand it there was nothing from the ellacoays at that time to state i was on 128k and my paid for usage still shows 2.33GB left in my old allowance?
At the end of the day i got 35.37GB usage that month so i'm not complaining - was just wondering
