Urgent - Changing my Broadband product

Around 2 days ago i accidentally chose to move from BBYWP to BBYW Option 2, is there any way to cancel this before it switches me?

I would suggest step 1 is to raise a ticket asking for it to be cancelled.

I would suggest phoning also as it might be quicker

...or phone Customer Service on 0114 296 5198 (may be quicker than raising a ticket if you're desperate!).

Nevermind, I raised a ticket and it was sorted in around 2 mins after sending it. Thanks PlusNet support team!
