Upstream speed 450kbps, not 800kbps

Hi - on Business Premier Plus and was hoping to get near the 832kbps advertised
- but router shows this:
DownStream Connection Speed8128 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed448 kbps
Any ideas? Have not contacted Plus tech yet.
Reason why I need as hgh upstream speed as poss it is that I often have to webconf, which involves me effectively screen sharing
