Hi Muttley62,
The upstream speeds on Fibre are not restricted. The speed will depend on which package you are on.
If you're on Plusnet Unlimited Fibre, you'll get up to 20Mbps.
If you're on Plusnet Essentials Fibre, you'll get up to 10Mbps.
Please let us know if you're having any problems.

Thanks for that, I was just wondering why my upstream rate was only 5 Mbps. Initially when my line was provisioned my downstream speed was a lot lower than the estimate and this was investigated thoroughly with the conclusion that the estimate was wrong, but nothing was ever mentioned about the upstream speed so I was just wondering. Typically I get 40 down and 5 up.

That's no problem.
Typically, the upstream rate is determined by your downstream rate. For example is you're getting 40Mbps, we would expect you to get close to 8/9Mbps (in some instances, 10Mbps).
If you have a downstream rate of 20Mbps, you could expect upload speeds of around 2-3Mbps. the profile will adjust itself accordingly.
I hope this helps
