Upload uncap

Hello,
I was looking on the twitter feed for plusnet and noticed something about upload speed uncapping, Which service does this apply to? Is it ADSL, ADSL2+ or fiber?

If you are on 21CN ADSL2+, your download speed is decent but your upload is 448 or less then your upload is capped. Just post here or contact them to ask for the cap to be removed.

Ah ok, Does not affect me then because im in the BT "ignore zone"

You can have faster uploads on 20CN, but you have to really need it because it costs an extra £7.83 per month. Go to http://trials.plus.net/ and select Max Premium for details.

Yeah i know about it but I dont need the slightly increased speeds badly enough to warrant me paying for it.
