Upload uncap request

Hi, my upload is always around 377kbs.  Could I request an unblock if there is no charge involved.  Thanks.

Sure, we can do this with 24 hours notice usually. I just need to make sure you're aware that you may loose a small amount of the connection's downstream in order to accommodate this before I go ahead and raise an order.

Thanks.  I will give it a try.  Is it a situation whereby if I find it too slow on the downstream  that I can request to have the cap turned back on?

We can re-cap the upstream if need be, sure. Likewise it's a 24 hour order.
