That all looks reasonable now. The upstream noise margin is down to around 6 with the consequent increase in upstream speed. One thing I do notice is the connection time being only 4 minutes - why?

I have followed instructions on BT speed check page, it says to reset router before every speed check.
I have noticed Skype videocall to run much smoother now.
Hope it will stay like that lol.
If only download speed was closer to achievable one (7.15Mbps) :).

Looks like I started celebrating too early 😕
Skype keeps cutting off, upload speed is down again.
Can somebody look at this please, another reset maybe?

Without fixing the underlying cause, another reset would very likely have the same result of increasing the speed for a few days until the automated system raises the noise margin and lowers the speed again.
Have you checked for any audible noise on a telephone?

Yes, that's what is needed. Have you checked if the phone line is clear with no background noise? I've just looked back through the topic and didn't spot any confirmation from you that this had been checked.

Just done quiet line test, no background noise heard just a woman's voice keeps repeating 'quiet line test'

Hi there,
Can't see many drops on your line and the speeds are at 5400kbps so things should be working fine, we certainly can't see anything that looks obviously wrong. Your profile on our side was set at 7150 instead of 5400 which will have meant that the traffic management wasn't prioritising skype correctly so that may have made a difference, though it won't affect the upload (which should be fine at the speed it's at at the moment anyway).
Please let us know if that's helped, and if not please give a bit more information about the issues you're experiencing and we'll be able to advise further.
