Upload speed cap

Hi all
I'v  now need with plusnet for 2 weeks now and have noticed that my upstream never moves from 440kbps when my line can sync at 888 kbps .
Any ideas?i would really like higher upstream speeds.

Hi kozi,
I've been on to BT and we can't set a profile with an uncapped upload. In order to do this it looks like I'll have to place a manual order; so I'll do that sometime today for you. I have removed the banding you had though and you're now syncing at 18748k which means your profile will lift to 16000k, which is good news.
I'll get back to you once I have confirmed the order to uncap your upstream.

Ok, I've placed a manual order for the upstream to be uncapped. This should take effect in the next 24 hours.
