Upload speed adsl2+
Hi,
I am a new customer to plusnet, just moved from o2/sky. my upload speed is 0.3 or 0.4mb. I have read on here that there is a 'cap' that can be removed? I have logged a call on Saturday, but nobody has responded yet. Is it true that this cap exists and can it be removed? I just wondered what other customers experience is?

Hi, there is indeed - I've placed the order to do so for you, it'll complete tomorrow morning and should leave you with an upload of around 1Mb. Hope it improves things for you
