Upload Capped at 480kbps on ADSL 2

Hi

 

I understand I have the default upload cap on ADSL my line. Is there anyone here from the Plusnet team that can help get this lifted ? 

 

I've done the usual checks and I'm on a 21cn WBC enabled exchange and also the BT availability checker confirms that my line is capable of 1Mbps upload.
