Our logs are showing a relatively stable connection, your IP profile should get updated to 14000 if your router managed to retain this connection for the next couple of days.
Although the interleaving flag is on, the MSAN is still not reflecting this, hence the errors on Downstream
If you are noticing any random connection drops please let us know so that
we can place a regard order to put the line on a better Service Option that will encourage the DLM to trigger the interleaving.Please do not hesitate to get back in touch online at
