Upgrading from Plusnet Unlimited to Unlimited Fibre Extra

Hi, I did a search but couldn't find anything about my query.
I have Plusnet Unlimited + phone line (which I paid for the year in advance) and would like to know how would my already paid phone line be worked out if I upgrade to Unlimited Fibre Extra +phone (I think this option would apply).
Would it go back to monthly payments or would the payment anniversary remain and I can pay annually again (if available) when the date comes?

your line rental saver would still apply and you'd just pay again at renewal time.
Worth giving the customer options team a call to see what they can do for you
