Upgraded to plusnet extra 60gb estimated speed 1MB but only getting 428kbs

Look at your router stats
If you have been changed your upstream will be 448kbps

your regrade request hadn't been picked up by the Provisioning Team so I actioned this manually for you, it will complete tomorrow. You'll then see the higher upstream connection speed and your line will start to train in. Please let us know how it goes!

My sytem has been upgraded to maxdsl heres the stats,

But download speed is still low,

Today 11:56 323 kbps (40.4kB/s) 355 kbps (44.4kB/s)

Could this be my router causing this problem or filter or is it an external wireing problem?

Michael,
You missed out the important bit of the stats , the ADSL Link stats...
The results of a speedtest at www.speedtester.bt.com and what does it say here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed for your current speed would also be useful in determining why your speed hasn't increased

HI michael41,
Your sync is low and this will cause issues. First thing I would do is plug directly in the test socket. Let me know when you've done that and I'll check it again for you.

Just reebooted router and heres results,
Today 13:23  1242 kbps (155kB/s)  377 kbps (47.1kB/s)
Things are looking good
