Upgraded to ADSL2+ slow speeds

Hi i have just been upgraded to ADSL2+ and my speed has since dropped back to ADSL speeds my SNR is 12db would dropping my SNR to 9db or 6db improve my speed.

my SNR has dropped to 9db back syncing 8000Kbps

Hi stevenb,
Your target is currently 9dB, which is about right for your line length. Putting it down to 6dB could introduce some instability.
