Upgraded to 21CN, still same d/l speeds

many thanks JoJo, my download speed just doubled....averaging just over 13Mbps on several speed test sites @ peak time.  Upload speed has dropped slightly, but still 3 times what it was on the old ADSL link.

Hi,
My BT IP profile is STILL set to 7.15Mbps, despite having a ticket logged with Plusnet for over 2 weeks and support saying it should be ok now, and me still saying it isn't etc. etc.
Can Plusnet please get to the bottom of this.

I've just ran some checks and the bRAS and MSAN profiles are inconsistent. I've requested an SNR reset which should clear it. If not I'll raise a fault tomorrow and contact our suppliers to get it changed manually.

I've just performed another BT Speedtest and my BT profile is STILL 7.15Mpbs. Can you please raise a fault, which I had done previously, but nothing has appeared to have happened.

Ok, I Raised a fault, spoke to our suppliers and they have manually changed the profile. Can you check how it is now?

Just performed another BT Speedtest and the figures look much improved. Is this the maximum that I can expect on my line?

With attenuation of 37.8dB I'd say your line was over-performing at the moment to be honest. I think they've set it at 11Mbps manually. If you reboot then that should go up slightly.
