Hve looked at my current line speed on the members area and get the following.
Estimated line speed:8Mb (Accurate to within +/- 1Mbit) -
Checked on 2012-02-23 09:38:25
Current line speed: 7.15 Mb
On a side note, i am on a fairly old tarriff, would this have any baring on the speed?

Your present product shouldn't affect sync speed and its associated IP Profile but Plusnet do need to sort that Current line speed value.

As the line is still training the line rate hasn't been calculated yet, I'd expect it to be on Monday. I've updated your account temporarily on to a 20mb profile, please let us know if that leads to any improvement for you.
