Upgrade to Pro

Afternoon,
I upgraded to pro yesterday and am now enjoying the benefit of full speed downloads 
What I want to know is will I be automatically upgraded to ADSL2+ / 21CN, my exchange is capable.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Michael,
Sorry but I've only just had chance to read your PM
Your account will be moved onto the faster speeds on the 20th (the order was put in during the account upgrade), if you then want the upload speed increasing let me know and I'll place an order for that (can't do it at the moment as there is already an order in progress).

Can I just check, will I be cut off for a period on the 20th?
I take it there is an actual physical connection change by BT at the excahnge?
Does my line go back into training for a period of time?

There may be a brief period of disconnection but it should only be a couple of minutes.

Exactly, yes - it's moving the connection points from one set of equipment to another.

I suspect it will do, yes - we usually state 10 working days (as with ADSL Max) however it seems to be a quicker process (3 days or so) on ADSL2.
