Upgrade to 21cn waste of time

I've been upgraded to 21cn was getting 6000 now only 8100 not much of a increase suppose get 17000

Are you sure you have not got your wires crossed, Rookey (and I mean this in a personal sense not actually physically).  Go to the calculator here http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/max_speed_calc.php and put in 43dB of attenuation.  This will show you that if your connection speed was 6304kbps on 20CN it would be 7904kbps after the 21CN upgrade.  So if your speed was correct before the upgrade then it was correct afterwards.  If it was not correct before, then the upgrade did not fix the fault.
I think the high current line speed on the account just means "no data received".   But you have not shown your router statistics so all this is just guesswork. See http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html .

well done a speed test this morning and i am much happier got 17.8 mb this morning so looks like it working

The previously guessed attenuation of ~ 43dB can't be correct or your download speed is amazing ! On an attenuation of 21 dB I'm only getting ~ 16.8Mbps on a profile of 17.2Mbps; Suspect that your actual attenuation must be well below 20db and you must be synching with the exchange @ ~ 21000Mbps!!
EDIT -Just seen your reply to another thread -you must live in the garden outside your exchange

My Exchange is only about 1/4 mile down the road so yup not too far from it to be honest.
So you saying my speed is perfect
