Unlimited fibre extra speed

'Upgraded' to unlimited fibre extra almost 3 weeks ago now. My speed was a constant 36 mbps for around 3 years on unlimited fibre. its now dropped to under 20 mbps. I know they do some testing for the first couple of weeks but 3 weeks in its still 20 mbps.

Can someone explain when this will go to the estimated 50-70 mbps that I'm now paying for?

Seems like pay more get less.
