Unlimited FIbre Speed

Hi,
I signed up for Unlimited Fibre and should get around ~80 mbps ~20 up speed. I'm currently getting ~7 download speed although the up speed is ~17 at times.
I'm guessing my line hasn't been profiled? since the BT engineer who tested before he left was getting 80 up and 20 down. 
The connection has been active since the 1st of this month so maybe i'm still waiting for the final checks to be complete and should be more patient  ;)?

I'm just taking a look into this now for you.

That should be sorted for you now.
If you could just restart your Plusnet Router (not the Openreach Modem), you should start to notice a difference.
