I havent been on here for a while and have just noticed the offer for Unlimited broadband i am currently on £19.55 option 3 so it would be daft if i didnt upgrade to unlimited for 44p extra and the first three months savings would cover that for a while, however i couldnt see any contract limit anywhere so that is my first question secondly i see there seems to be an issue with download speeds are they better with unlimited the same or worse and are there any hidden pitfalls anyone has come across with unlimited ie is there a fair usage policy or is it really unlimited. Just thought i would check before switching, Many Thanks

Hi there,
The Unlimited product is an 18 month contract as standard, although as an existing customer you can get a 12 month contract by raising a ticket if you don't take the free hardware.
The expected speeds for Unlimited are here and you can compare this against your current product here.
There's no FUP btw.
Hope that helps.

Yes I know I quoted the whole post. Sorry. It was short and relevant. And let me make a joke.
