I've had this problem where if I get an incoming call, my connection will usually drop.
I've done the usual things... tried 2 different routers... tried 2 different filters... tested at the BT test socket... etc.
Raised the issue with plusnet support... it sort of bounced around there for 8-9 days, and finally after some poking, I was told that they'd contact BT to get the issue looked at.
Get a phonecall from some chap claiming to be from BT OpenReach. He was apparently pottering around at the local exchange. Tried to ring my phone, and it rang, so apparently that was the extent of his involvement. Said that was all he could do and that he couldn't come and have a look at the line at the house and I should contact BT Wholesale.
So, posted that data back to plusnet's ticketing system... and now... nothing.
Was this just BS from the BT guy? Where do I go from here?
Thanks!
