Uncapped?

There was apparently an uncap request order sent for my line, a little while ago, about a week or 2 ago, I've re-done the tests recommended and everything seems exactly the same, including my 0.36mpbs upload rate,, not sure if any of this is relevant or helps at all:

Just wondering if theres anything that can be done to improve my connection since I play a lot of games online, Primarily Dota2 and recently and for quite a while infact I've been getting rather horrendous lag spikes, that cause me to disconnect entirely and are usualy followed by a 900ms+ ping/latency followed by a high packet loss.

I can't see any uncap order for your line. I'll go place that now to complete tomorrow. Once that's completed we can go through the next step if you're still having problems.

Thank you very much, I mostly use my computer/do my gaming during the nights, so I'll have a test, play some games and see if it resolves anything.
