Hi upload speed is practically useless, appearantly i need my upload speeds uncapped as it shud be anything up to 1mb, but currently hitting 0.3 at most.,

Yep, the upload was capped. Sorry about that, the order to uncap should complete tomorrow.

thanks chris. also thanks for the quick reply. faster than the uploads anyway.
currently speed coming in around 0.5mb . less than impressed tbh. is this the best im likely to get? any way to get a realistic / accurate estimate for the line?
i had an issue with a faulty adsl filter which ive resolved but meant the line was down for a few days in a row. im hoping it will stabilise and potentially pick up, perhaps a little bit at least.

sorry to jump on the band waggon. but I seem to be having a similar problem with capped speeds. I've had the order on my line placed serveral times but it somehow seems to revert. Is it possible for someone to check if Im being capped too please?

Also what is the upload IP Profile reported as when you run the diagnostic on the BT speed test?
