Uncap Broadband

I've been having problems with multiple devices using my broadband (basically, anything more than one device) and have seen that uncapping our connection may help.

I've checked our Exchange is 21CN - is this possible at all?

Looking at your line it's already uncapped (which means the upload is not restricted).

What kind of speeds do you see when doing a BT speedtest?

Can you run a BT Speedtest for me, ensuring you do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes. This stores the results on the supplier system and allows us to use this to report the fault.
