hmm ... yesterdays order is complete, but the line tests show it's still on. I need to speak to BT about this.

The orders are complete but I've been asked to try something else, which fingers crossed, should be sorted within a few minutes/hours.

Yes, I've just been chasing this. All order are closed but the "flow" is still going through. I'm assured that it will be done today. If it isn't, I can then escalate the situation for you.

Interleaving is still applied.  Just tried a reboot of the router to see if it made any difference, but its still being reported as being there by the router.

And it is still there.
Looking through the tickets on the account, there was supposed to have been a SNR reset take place on the 3rd but there was never a drop in connection that went along with that at all.  Only drops have been BT exchange maintenance or issues that I know have caused other connections on the same exchange to drop at the same time.

I've had to raise a "bridge case" on this for you. None of my work, nor that of the BTw staff fixed it. A bridge case is sort of what Plusnet would call a problem, where it's sent off to developers or network engineers (in our case) to resolve for you. I'm told 24 hours but I continue to chase this for you.

Just seen the ticket response and I know its not plusnets fault but by the time the next response is its going to be a month since it was first requested to get the interleaving removed!
