Unable to raise a ticket.

I have been trying to raise a ticket on the HELP facility. I get the appropriate page, type in my query and check that my e-mail address is correct. When I select "SUBMIT" nothing happens. How do I get help?

You could ring the support number at the bottom of every PlusNet webpage.
Or try a different browser
Or try rebooting router/PC
