Unable to access web site www.thestickman.co.uk

Every time i try to access this web site i get the message below,
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Any ideas please, other people can get on with no problem, i could until i joined Plusnet.

Re: Unable to access web site www.thestickman.co.uk

and so can I - get on it I mean
try this one http://www.thestickman.co.uk/shop.htm as it may be that the link you are using goes to a page it shouldn't and moved to the correct board
If you still can't get to it try this 83.222.240.235 - put it in the browser window

Re: Unable to access web site www.thestickman.co.uk

Hi,
This isnt a plusnet problem more of a dns problem with who ever manages or hosts this site:
http://intodns.com/thestickman.co.uk
This indicates some issues with there nameservers and dns zones being set incorrectly
Best regards,
Chris

Re: Unable to access web site www.thestickman.co.uk

From servers in London and France:
# curl -I http://www.thestickman.co.uk/
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
From home:
# curl -I http://www.thestickman.co.uk/
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
Most likely cause is whomever runs that site doesn't want particular IP ranges to access it - you'd have to talk to them as it's nothing wrong with Plusnet. One thing you could try is getting a new IP (if you have a dynamic IP) as it looks like some are able to connect - just reconnect from your router's web page.

Re: Unable to access web site www.thestickman.co.uk

Sorry UDK you would be incorrect and looking to far into it,
Quote
Missing nameservers reported by parent FAIL: The following nameservers are listed at your nameservers as nameservers for your domain, but are not listed at the parent nameservers (see RFC2181 5.4.1). You need to make sure that these nameservers are working. If they are not working ok, you may have problems!
dns2.securesitex.com
ns2.betterwebspace.com

This indicates that two nameservers are listed in the dns zone but arnt set up correctly to serve the correct zone data, this will result in a "round robin" effect where a web page will appear for some but not others as 1 person will query ns1.domain.com and another will query ns2.domain.com each nameserver giving differnt results.
The only way to resolve this is down to the domain owner/domain server admin correcting there zone files on there server. If this was ip filtering you would be getting dead unable to connect messages 403 forbiden means the file or folder is set to non readble i.e 600 or something below what the apache server has access to.
