Unable to access Virgin Mobile website

I seem to be unable to access the virgin mobile website:
http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/payMonthlyPhones.do
Site never comes back Firefox and IE8 just report connecting... but never actually gets there!
It's been like this for 3 days now.  I've spoken to Virgin Mobile call centre and they say the website is OK.

it looks as though some of the non text items are either blocked or not responding

Thanks oldjim, at least it's not just me.  Maybe I should hassle Virgin Mobile again?  Their FOREIGN call centre lady wasn't much help at all.  Just said it was working from there.

It's odd that every other country that you can get to from the landing page seems to be working, just not the uk one.

I'd not noticed that!
Does anyone have access to an alternative ISP, just to see whether it is PlusNet or Virgin Mobile that is at issue

I've just tested from work (ac.uk, not Virgin) and PN and both work just fine.

Hi avtastic, just to confirm, you've managed to access the link above via Plusnet? I still can't connect.
I wonder whether it is a 20cn/21cn issue?

If I go to
http://www.virginmobile.com I get to chose my country. Probably something wrong at Virgin's end.

I'm using 21cn, I believe, and it still isn't working for me.  Site is available and visible from work.
Should I raise a ticket?

I left a tab open on the link for a couple of minutes and eventually closed it as a failure.

I can't connect from my home box either. I'm on 20CN.
Edit: Interestingly we had a few queries yesterday from Virgin customers unable to get to parts of the Plusnet network </plot thickens>
