Hoping to get a bit of a diagnosis. After receiving an email from Plusnet advising her her bill is ready, a friend is having difficulties accessing the Plusnet website, either via the link in the email or directly via plus.net. All she sees is 'Diagnose Connection Problems'.
All other websites are displaying correctly, so it appears to be an issue specifically with Plusnet's site.
She's using IE on Windows 7, so I dunno if that might be an issue.
I'm sincerely sorry to hear your friend is having issues getting onto our website to view her bills. It may be worth trying to log in via a different browser such a chrome or firefox. Let us know how she gets on.
