URL Link to site not working but if I use a Proxy server, I have no problems logging into Forum Board .
Q. Does PN block some websites in particular a Forum Board where I have been a member for 4 yrs ? - It has just moved to a new ISP and obviously has a New URL Link that doesn't work through PN but is fine if I use a proxy site

If it has just moved I suspect that the DNS changes haven't reached the PN DNS servers yet or you have the old IP address cached on your PC.
Try running

ipconfig /flushdns

from the command line.

Did that some days ago + deleted all cookies/Temp Folders, even checked Hosts file to ensure it wasn't pointing to 127xxx etc 
Thanks jelv, the new site has been open for 3 weeks, will see if PN DNS catches up next week

The DNS should not take more than 2 or 3 days to update. Can you post the URL for the forums (or PM it to me) I'd like to check the DNS servers out.
