URGENT - LOSS of Connectivity 60 hours+

I lost internet connectivity over 60 hours ago and I am not receiving the expected level of support. Is there anyone who can help resolve what I now consider an urgent issue.
I have raised two tickets to general helpdesk and faults of which the faults ticket is very silent and I have had one response on the general ticket telling me in effect to run the same tests I had alreay run and raise a faults ticket.
I am not happy.
